Reported by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission on February 14, 2012, Stihl is voluntarily recalling approximately 3,000 of their MS 391 chainsaws. Defects found with the internal flywheel have been narrowed down to a small grouping of serial numbers that are already sold to consumers.
